We had fun last night, We cooked a bunch of Jamaican Jerk chicken (YARDIE HOT!), liberal amounts of Scotch Bonnet Pepper sauce, the aforementioned Rum Punches, the last of the Cohibas, all in all it was a lot of fun. We are all so excited to be going back to JA in 32 days, it’s all we talk abount anymore. It’s SOOO close to “We’re going this month”

1 shot Appleton VX Rum
1 shot Meyer’s Dark Rum
1 shot Wray and Nephew White Overproof
50/50 mix Orange/Pineapple juice
1/4 shot Grenadine or Cherry Syrup
Splash of Lime Juice
Dash of Bitters
SHAKE WELL in a shaker full of ice (shaking, not stirring is best for fruity drinks)
Pour over ice.
